Hootenanny is an art-based community formed by young enthusiasts who strive to promote local independent artists. Moving forward with the idea of bringing together and uplifting artists around who are amazing at what they do, they aim to provide them with an opportunity to make a living out of their art. Hootenanny caters to various art-forms: music, dance, fine arts, theatre, poetry, photography & videography.
For Better or Verse is an attempt at bringing forth some amazing poets & musicians from across Delhi NCR under one roof and not just get them an audience to perform their own compositions to but also help them build a portfolio that also helps them in the long run.
Hootenanny aspires to provide such young talents with a platform and an appreciative audience to portray their artwork. Hootenanny has organized 11 events as of now within the last 12 months and are coming up with new sections of events that will be held on a monthly basis.

She is someone who can be found guarding her books with all her might and life, and should never be left unsupervised in a stationary store, or a book fair, or Amazon. A living example of a "Chhotta Packet Bada Dhamaka," Kanika dreams of changing the world, one smile at a time.
Ditsa Bhattacharya:
Ditsa, twenty, is a writer, a poet, and a catlady, who believes that words, and only words have the power to make the world a better place, one tiny alphabet at a time. She realized the power of words when she was seven, and has been writing ever since, first in Bangla, and then in English. A student of English Literature in Delhi University, she is a full-time bookworm, and spends her free hours browsing cat videos on the internet. Her interests vary from Algebra to Physical Chemistry to Literature. She dreams that her words will reach people all over the world, and make them smile, make them think.
