Terms and Conditions

• A player is free to play across all categories provided he/she fulfills the age and gender criteria & his matches do not overlap other matches in the same timeframe. The players registering for multiple categories may be required to play back-to-back events without long breaks & shall be disqualified for long waits or overlapping / clashing matches.
• All Players with a rating of 3.0 and below and who have been playing for an year or less are considered as Intermediate Players.
• All Players with a rating of 3.0 - 4.5 are considered as Advanced Players. An Advanced player can play OPEN Category, but not Intermediate. Likewise an Intermediate player can compete in Advanced / OPEN, provided his matches do not overlap in the same timeframe.
• All PRO players with a rating of 4.5 and above can not play Advanced / Intermediate categories.
• Amateur category is players who haven’t played a Pickleball tournament before or who have played the game 10 times or less or are starting off Pickleball for the first time.
• The organizing team shall reserve the right to disqualify an Advanced / Pro player, if he / she is found to be playing in the Intermediate category or if other players raise an objection and that objection is found to be VALID.
• The draws and scheduling of the Tournament shall be done on PWR Tournaments and registered players would be able to view the same on the web site from 1st Dec 2023 onwards. The draws done by the committee shall be final and binding on all the players.
• The Tournament shall be played as per USAPA 2022 Official Tournament Rulebook.
• Any dispute relating to rules should be referred to the Tournament Desk or the Management Team. They shall take a view on the same which shall be final and binding on players.
• Members need to maintain the decorum during the championship and in no way, they will be allowed to have eatables on the courts or inside the mall.
• Members are not allowed to move around except designated areas approved by organizers. During the gameplay, if players are found to be roaming around near to the courts, then the organizing team can disqualify their participation, after 1-2 polite warnings.
• Organizers will not be responsible for any loss-theft of personal belongings of individuals. Individuals have to take care of themselves.
• All registered players participating in the event should be medically fit and organizers are not responsible for any medical mishap.
• Organizers will not be responsible for any injury.
• Balls will not be given for practice, it will be only provided during the match and no one is allowed to hit the ball by foot.
• With Every match closure, both the team needs to review and sign the scoring sheet and the balls are to be returned to the tournament desk by the referee.
• For Doubles category, both players are responsible for the match, in case of no show of either player; the other team would be given a walkover, after a 5 minutes wait.
• Any breaking of furniture and fixtures will be charged on to whosoever does the damage.
• Pets are not allowed inside the mall
• Players need to bring and show their original ID proof document, which has a photo, DOB, and name to the organizing team.
• Only Non Marking (Gum Sole) shoes are allowed inside the indoor stadium.
• All players are required to carry their Govt. ID cards at all times, while inside the arena.
• Smoking, drinking alcohol, eating, spitting and littering is strictly prohibited, as there is a strict fine of INR 500.
• Any player found under the influence of alcohol, steroids would be disqualified for the whole tournament and will be banned from playing any future tournaments for at least 1 year.
• Players are not allowed to drink water around the court area.
• Players should play in proper sports attire.

• Players need to park their vehicles at designated parking areas and they should behave politely and cooperate with staff members of the mall
• No player shall be allowed on the courts, unless they have a match. At any given point in time, only referee’s, linesmen, playing squad, commentators & cameraman, if needed, shall be allowed at the 18 courts.
• The Organizing team reserves the right to disqualify players, who do not follow the protocol, in spite of multiple reminders or warnings.
• Every player is expected and required to respect the decision of Referee and lineman and in no scenario, the players will get into an argument on the court with the concerned. Failure to do so, may result in disqualification.
• All Mall rules and regulations apply. 
• Every child (under 18 years) must be accompanied by a parent / Legal guardian. OR Children below 18 years of age not allowed 
• Please be careful while attending the event, the mall doesn't take responsibility for any injuries. 
• Please take care of your belongings, the mall and organizers will not be responsible for any losses. 
• The Management reserves the right to admission. 
• The Management reserves the right to alter the schedule of the event without prior intimation 
• ​​Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management. 
• Please do not carry dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, lighters, guns, fireworks, laser devices and bottles to the venue. We may have to confiscate and ask you to exit the premises.
