A Picnic For Everyone!
Experience Bombay's First Outdoor Urban Picnic Experience - The Picnic Project Edition 1 at High Street Phoenix, Lower Parel on 22nd & 23rd February 2020!
The Picnic Project is a two-day experience for you to shed your sweaters, diet qualms and truly enjoy the city at its finest! So get ready to soak in the sun, enjoy some laid back music, and of course, a whole lot of finger-licking tuck :)
A picnic indeed, spend the day with your loved ones at our homegrown pop-ups spinning an urban twist to their food & drinks, some fun picnic games which add cheers to the bright spring weather which awaits you!
Behold a charm like never before, get ready to envelop yourself in the most comforting vibe and seat yourselves on your very own picnic blankets & baskets & while away your day with your gang till the glimpses of the moon settles high in the sky!
Get ready to indulge in our 100+ handpicked Fashion, Food & Bar Pop-ups (Micro Breweries too) which feature some of the most loved homegrown designers, chefs, mixologists & your favorite all-time brands!
Aaaandddd, it doesn't end at that - we have some great curated experiences that take you on a nostalgic trip to your childhood including a Kite Flying Zone, A Book Reading Corner, Movies Under The Sky, Board Games & lots more!
Our workshop zone will keep you engaged - learn aero-press coffee brewing, to making your own pottery - some great sound therapy to drum circles, this is a picnic experience like none other!

A. The Picnic Project is the first-of-its-kind outdoor urban picnic experience where one can spend the weekend listening to great music, shopping, indulging in curated food & beverage experiences & lots more!
Q. Are tickets available to purchase at the venue?
A. While tickets will be sold at the box office at the venue, we suggest that you purchase them online to avoid the queues and hiked prices.
Q. Is it a single-entry ticket?
A. The tickets are multiple entry tickets.
Q. What all does the ticket include?
A. The ticket includes entry to the venue and general access to all zones.
Q. Are all tickets valid for two days?
A. We have separate one day & two day tickets that you can look at purchasing either online or offline.
Q. Do we need to pay for food and beverages or other activities inside the event?
A. All Food & Beverages inside the event are chargeable as per the costs decided by the brands selling them.
Q. Where do I collect my tickets?
A. In case of an online purchase, you can directly scan the e-ticket at the entry point. For tickets purchased at the venue, tickets will be given at the box office.
Q. Will I need to carry a photo ID along for ticket verification purposes?
A. Yes. It is mandatory to bring a government issued valid ID proof i.e. Passport, Driver’s License, PAN, etc.
Q. Where can I read event terms?
A. The event terms are available on Insider.
Q. Is there a parking facility at the event? Is it chargeable? Can you pre-book parking?
A. Yes, there will be a chargeable parking facility at the venue. One can park in the High Street Phoenix Parking lot or alternatively the government parking lots around the area.
Q. Is this a child friendly event?
A. The Picnic Project is an event that includes activities for all age-groups. Children below the age of 8 have free entry when accompanied by an adult attendee.
Q. Is this a pet friendly event?
A. The mall as a policy doesn’t allow pets.
Q. Can I bring eatables or drinks to the event?
A. Outside eatables & drinks will be allowed inside the event venue provided the person has a valid entry ticket.
Q. Will there be any ATM machines at the venue?
A. ATMs will not be available at the event venue. Although there are ATM Machines in the mall that can be used.
Q. Are cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vape pens allowed at the event?
A. The Picnic Project is a non-smoking event. Vape pens, cigarettes, lighters & e-cigarettes are also prohibited. Although, one can use the dedicated smoking areas in the mall.
Q. Are strollers/prams allowed inside the venue?
A. Yes, strollers will be allowed for all kids under the age of 4.
Q. Will there be any arrangement for weather conditions - rain, heat or cold?
A. Since the event is held at an open-air ground. We advise you to carry the necessary requirements that you would need.
Q. Are tickets refundable?
A. Ticket are not refundable
Q. Are there bathrooms on site?
A. While the event doesn’t have bathrooms, the mall bathrooms can be used.
Q. Where can I check the artist line-up?
A. Once announced, you can check the line-up for each day on Insider.
Q. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
A. Tickets are non-transferable.
Q. What is the difference between early bird and regular tickets?
A. ‘Early bird tickets’ refer to the limited tickets available at discounted prices.
