कोविड समय के बावजूद हम सभी शरण में अपने सलादका आनंद ले रहे हैं। पता करें विशेष रूप से, पोषण विशेषज्ञ मधुरा वायल से, जिनके भोजन में व्यवहारिक रूप से केवल सलाद होता है! उसके बाद कुछ सरल और स्वादिष्ट सलाद विधि डेमो द्वारा दीखाई जायेगी!

12 pm – 1 pm IST: Why should we be eating salads & Is it safe to eat Raw?

We all at SHARAN are enjoying our salads, in spite of Covid times. Find out why and how with none other than Nutritionist Madhura Vayal who practically has only salads as meals! This will be followed by some simple yet delicious salad recipe demos.

Learn the art of creating your own salads in this session which will get you creative with Nutritionist and Holistic Health coach, Supraja S. Learn some dressings from our experts too.
