The Sassy Spoon introduces a monthly Sunday brunch where you can enjoy a delicious buffet spread with a variety of unlimited alcohol packages!

The Brunch

The brunch includes eggs made to order, fluffy pancakes & golden waffles, served with an array of toppings for all breakfast aficionados. The salad spread includes white bean and mascarpone hummus with lavash, pearl barley salad, nicoise style salad, chicken sausage with baked beans & tenderloin salad with glass noodles & vegetables to name a few.

The Appetizers

Savour sumptuous appetizers like green curry arancini with scarmoza & smoked aubergine, carrot and turnip cake with burnt garlic, chili and scallions, bags of gold, crispy fish and curry leaf tenders with sweet paprika.

The Main Course

For the main course, the options includes mushroom ravioli with porcini cream sauce and roasted shallots, pumpkin risotto with cherry tomato and goat cheese, potato gratin with caramelized onion, nutmeg & thyme, chicken cacciatore, pepper lamb stew with root vegetables and broad beans and pan seared Indian sole with kairi curry.

The Desserts

Treat yourself to an indulgent serving of desserts like profiteroles with caramel sauce, strawberry cheesecake, Belgian chocolate cake, vanilla ice cream & strawberry balsamic ice cream!
