Express YourSelf programs are experiential and insightful. Learning in a graceful environment through mindfulness techniques, insightful conversations, sharing, games, writing exercises, role plays, audio- video tools, assignments, sound-based techniques et al.

Express YourSelf Pledges to share a percentage of exchanges received from any of her programs towards educating children from less privileged sections, planting trees, funding artists, feeding hungry, clothing naked et al. Please feel free to share your social responsibility interest with them; they’ll be happy to align the pledge with your chosen CSR initiative.
Express YourSelf is a self- funded community. They welcome people from diverse backgrounds committed to possibilities of self-discovery, self awareness, self -expression, greater well-being, joy, love and abundance. Hina Joshi, facilitator for Express YourSelf, discovered in her being that dynamic awareness of self is the key to experiencingtrue love and joy, moment by moment. She has been facilitating communication and transformational workshops for groups in diverse settings, institutions, corporate and wellness centres. She intends to share and expand this possibility in the context of greater well-being, joy and expression in the society. She facilitates for participants awareness at physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual planes that leaves them empowered, powerful and transformed. She believes being aware of self is an ongoing journey and a truly fulfilling one. Through Express YourSelf, she intends to express her true self and empower others in their true expression.
