TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) You may face interruptions during the course of the live stream due to internet connectivity issues. TFN cannot guarantee an uninterrupted live stream throughout the event but will make all reasonable steps to ensure that the live stream is as smooth as possible.

(2) No cancellation allowed once registered.

(3) The holder of this ticket grants the organizer the right to use, all or any part of the recording of the event for advertising, publicity, and promotions.

(4) The recording of the event will not be shared even in case of non-attendance.

(5) This event is only open to people who are 25 years and above.

(6) We are committed to a respectful, safe environment free from harassment, violence, discrimination, bullying, abuse, and solicitation. All parties, artists, and attendees are to be treated with respect and dignity. Participation in activities or behaviors that discriminate on the grounds of race, color, place of origin, gender, age, marital status, religious beliefs, citizenship, mental and physical abilities, sexual orientation, or any other prohibited grounds within applicable law will not be tolerated. Anyone found violating this rule during the event will be ejected immediately from the event and no refund will be issued.

(7) TFN reserves the sole and exclusive right to deny entry and cancel any registration at its own discretion at any time, and in case of a cancelation made by TFN, the refund will be made to the buyer (except in case of summary ejection from the event due to the reasons listed in point no. 6 above)

Where will the event be held?

This will be a digital event streamed on Zoom. A link will be sent to you well in advance on your registered email id.

Can I share the Zoom link with my friends and family to join the masterclass?

Each registration is for one individual person only, and cannot be shared with anyone else. However, at the time of registration, you will have the option to buy/gift tickets to as many friends and family members. Once they are registered, each of them will receive an email from us on their individual registered email ids with the zoom link.

Can I cancel my registration at any time?

Since this is an exclusive event with limited seats, we have a no refund, no cancellation policy on registrations or any purchased items.

Will I be able to attend the session if I am late?

You are welcome to join the event at any time, although to derive maximum benefit from the masterclass, we strongly recommend you arrive well in time and attend the entire event.

Do I need to stock up any particular spirit or arrange for any specific ingredients or equipment for the masterclass?

We will be sharing a detailed email well before the masterclass listing suggested spirits and ingredients that you may need for the masterclass if you wish to make the cocktails with us or wish to try out various tasting processes being shown in the masterclass. However, you can also treat the masterclass as a learning experience and take notes, and try out all the things demonstrated in the event at a later time, as per your convenience.
