Instructions:-

Ø Age Limit: 18+

Ø Please remember to carry a valid government-issued identification proof (such as a driver's license, Aadhar card, or passport) along with your ticket. 

Ø Rights of admission are reserved for valid ticket holders ONLY.

Ø Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Ø The event is expected to conclude around 12 AM to 1 AM. Kindly plan your travel accordingly.

Ø The headliner will perform early — please plan your arrival accordingly to avoid missing the main act.

Ø No backpacks, handbags, or any other baggage is allowed inside the venue. There is NO storage facility available at the event.

Ø Outside food, beverages, cigarettes, or consumables are prohibited at the event.

Ø Buy your ticket from official ticketing partners and portals ONLY. Refrain from buying tickets from unauthorized third parties. Management/organizers will not be held responsible for any fraud or fake tickets issued.

Ø Attendees are strictly advised not to share or distribute their QR codes or ticket information with others. The organizers will not be held responsible for any misuse or unauthorized access that may occur as a result of sharing QR codes or ticket details.

Ø Shuttle bus service entries will close on 20th May 2025 at 10:00 PM. Attendees purchasing tickets after this date will be required to make their own travel arrangements to the event.

Ø You can pre-book your return shuttle or taxi through our associated vendors at additional costs.

Ø If any attendee misses their scheduled shuttle bus, they will need to travel by their own means. The organizers will not be responsible for providing alternative transport.

Ø Missing the shuttle due to late arrival or miscommunication does not qualify for a refund or compensation.

Ø Shuttle locations and timings will be released 3 days prior to the event. Attendees are advised to stay updated and plan their commute accordingly.

Ø The shuttle service may take a longer route with multiple pick-up stops, so please factor in additional travel time to reach the venue.

Ø Attendees are expected to treat the provided shuttle service and vehicles with respect and care. In the event of any damage to the shuttle service or vehicles caused by an attendee's actions or negligence, the attendee shall be solely liable for the cost of repair or replacement.

Ø Smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the shuttle.

Any violations may lead to denial of entry or further action.

Ø Attendees must show a valid ticket and government-issued ID before boarding the shuttle.

Ø Once you’ve selected your pickup point via the official Google form or Online Portal, no changes will be entertained. Please choose carefully.

Ø Only attendees who’ve pre-registered for the shuttle will receive a shuttle band or identifier, which may be required for boarding and for entry at the venue checkpoint.

Ø Please maintain personal space and avoid crowding — give fellow attendees room to enjoy the experience.

Ø Food and beverages will be available at the venue at additional cost. Stay hydrated throughout the event.

Ø Kindly maintain order at box offices and security checkpoints. Avoid pushing or crowding — arrive early to ensure a smooth entry.

Ø Please note that there is a strict "no re-entry" policy in place for the event. 

Ø Wristbands will be issued at the venue’s box office against a valid ticket ONLY. Wristbands will be securely tied on the wrist of the attendee by the event staff ONLY.

Ø Attendees are strictly prohibited from damaging or tampering with their wristbands. Wristbands that have been damaged or altered in any way will not be considered valid for entry or access to the event.

Ø This event will feature intense lighting effects, including strobes, flashes, and immersive visuals. Loud music and bass-heavy sound systems will be present throughout the night. Individuals with medical conditions such as epilepsy, photosensitivity, or heart-related issues are strongly advised not to attend. Entry is at your own discretion. The organizers are not liable for any health complications arising from exposure to lights or sound.

Ø If an attendee is found in a restricted or unauthorized zone, or in a different zone than their designated area, they will be promptly escorted out of the event premises. Attendees are strictly prohibited from changing zones, and the organizers will strictly enforce this policy to ensure a fair and organized event experience for all participants.

Ø The event is subject to obtaining all necessary government and municipal permissions or . In the unlikely event that permissions are denied or revoked, the event may be postponed or cancelled.

Ø If the event is rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds may not be issued if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date.

Ø The event is subject to government permission. Please be advised that this event is contingent upon obtaining the necessary permits from the government authorities. In the event that permission is not granted, the event may conclude earlier than advertised.

Ø In case of adverse weather conditions (including rain) or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers' control, the event will be reschedule.

Ø In case any activity & experience is delayed, altered, or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, no refunds shall be issued.

Ø Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket will result in seizure or cancellation without refund or compensation.

Ø Alcohol, Food and beverages will be available at additional cost and on a first-come, first-served basis. No refunds will be issued in case of sold-out items.

Ø Alcohol will only be served to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) upon displaying valid age proof.

Ø Don’t Drink and Drive instead use public transportation or assign a designated driver to ensure a safe journey to and from the event. Please refrain from drinking and driving as per the guidelines and values set by the Government and local authorities. 

Ø The responsibility for food and alcohol services lies with the respective vendors only, any issues or concerns regarding food and alcohol should be addressed directly with the respective vendor only. Organiser will not be held responsible.  

Ø 3D Hologram installations and immersive experiences are a part of the event. Guests are requested to cooperate with crew during transitions, viewing times, or restricted interaction zones for safety.

Ø Attendees are advised to stay within the designated areas of the event premises. The organizers will not be held responsible for any incidents, injuries, or damages that may occur if guests venture into unauthorized or restricted areas. It is important to adhere to the event guidelines and stay within the designated zones to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Ø All guests must adhere to their respective access categories (General, VIP, Lounge/Table, etc.). Lounge/Table guests must access their designated areas through specified entries only.

Ø Any damages caused to the venue premises or any property within the event area will be the sole responsibility of the individual who caused the damage.

Ø The artist lineup, set timings, and scheduled attractions, experiences are subject to change or cancel without prior notice. No refunds will be provided for any changes or cancellations.

Ø Organizers, agents, officers, employees, etc shall not be held responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses, or costs incurred during or as a result of the event.

Ø For lounge/table buyers, any misuse or misbehavior within the exclusive section will lead to immediate ejection without refund, and future blacklisting.

Ø Any issues related to seating allocation at tables, bottle delivery delays, or service issues should be reported to the on-ground lounge manager immediately.

Ø All experiences, game zones, stalls, and pop-ups inside the venue will operate within scheduled hours only. Guests are requested to plan their event flow accordingly.

Ø Organizers reserve the right to perform restricted checks on attendees at the entry point for safety reasons. Violators may be denied entry or asked to leave the event, even with a valid ticket and without a refund.

Ø Organizers, agents, officers, employees, etc shall not be held responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses, or costs incurred during or as a result of the event.

Ø Parking near or at the venue premises is at the vehicle owner's risk. The organizer will not be held responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles within the designated parking premises.

Ø The buying, selling, or consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited at the event. If any attendee is found engaging in such activities, immediate action will be taken. They will be handed over to the authorities and dealt with in accordance with the law and applicable regulations. The organizers maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards drug-related activities to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

Ø Professional cameras, recording instruments, weapons, ammunition, and outside food and beverages, including cigarettes, bottled water, and alcohol, are not allowed inside the venue.

Ø Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects resulting from the consumption of food or drinks at the event. Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly and in moderation. 

Ø Transit, after-party, and other third-party services are independently managed and are not the responsibility of the event organizers. No refunds will be issued in relation to these services.

Ø Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner or engaging in illegal activities may be subject to search. If found in violation, they will be asked to leave the event premises and may be handed over to the authorities as per legal protocols.

Ø By holding the ticket, you grant the organizers the right to use any recording of your appearance for promotional purposes, globally and in perpetuity.

Ø The organizers reserve the right, without refund or recourse, to refuse admission to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions, and to eject ticket holders from the venue after entry.

Ø It is mandatory for all attendees to be fully vaccinated or provide negative Covid-19 test results.

Ø It is mandatory to comply with all government rules and regulations to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Strict checking will be done before entry. Guests need to provide full cooperation with the staff.

Ø Basic First aid will be available on-site. For anything more serious, emergency services will be contacted.

Ø The organizers will not be considered in violation of our obligations if any delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances may include but are not limited to, acts of God, explosions, floods, fires, accidents, war or threat of war, terrorism or threat of terrorism, sabotage, civil disturbance, pandemics/epidemics, or any prohibitions or measures imposed by governmental, parliamentary, or local authorities.

Ø The organizer's decision on any matter related to the event is final and binding. Any disputes or disagreements regarding event-related issues will be resolved based on the organizer's judgment and discretion. Participants are expected to abide by the decisions made by the organizer without recourse for further appeal or dispute.

Ø Any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

Ø By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept the consent terms.
