About the Event

Life is full of transitions—times of change, growth, and reflection🌱✨


In this arts-based experiential workshop, we will move through a creative process to help discover what nurtures you as you move through life’s changes and transitions.

Instructions

1. Kindly arrive on time for the workshop. The door for entry into the session will close at 11:10 AM. You are encouraged to reach there 15 mins early. 


2. The session is intended to offer therapeutic benefits. However, it is not a therapy session. You are encouraged to have support systems and self-care strategies to take care of yourself.


3. All art materials will be provided during the workshop. In case you wish to journal along during the process, feel free to bring a notebook and a pen. 


4. Please dress comfortably such that it allows for some level of movement.
