About the Event

For this month’s Guest Chef Series, Mag St. Kitchen in collaboration with Honawar Hospitality, brings to you Chef Luke Robinson (@gullychef) of award-winning London restaurant Evelyn’s Table who will be taking you on a culinary trip through Italy. His menu is inspired by Southern Italian seasonal cooking, Chef Luke will be presenting some of his favourites including – Pizette Fritte, Margherita Pizette, Pici Cacio e Pepe, Roasted Duck, Lemon Tart, and more!

Luke Robinson began his career as one of the first apprentices to graduate from the Jamie Oliver Fifteen Foundation. After stints at The Fat Duck, Nobu at Hyde Park Corner and Andrew Turner at Kempinski, Luke spent two years in Italy running a restaurant in Umbria called Citrus. Here he brought the restaurant into the limelight, serving modern European dishes using seasonal Italian produce, much of which was grown on the restaurants’ grounds. He returned to the UK in 2012 to set up Bonnie Gull in Fitzrovia (Central London) with Danny Clancy and Alex Hunter, a restaurant focussing on sustainable British fish and shellfish. After three and a half years as Executive Head chef at Bonnie Gull he left to head up The Town Hall Hotel including the Corner Room restaurant in Bethnal Green (East London). As head chef of Evelyn’s Table, Luke has connected his passion and experience of Southern Italian seasonal cooking with exceptional and well-sourced Fish and Seafood.
