1. The gate will be opening at 7:00 PM to closes at 11:30 PM.

2. The occurrence of the event is contingent upon receiving government approval.

3. On the event day, a physical ticket or wristband will be provided at the venue box office in exchange for your e-ticket purchase confirmation from Paytm Insider. Please bring a valid photo ID for ticket holder name verification along with your e-ticket printout.

4. A ticket will not be considered valid if the barcode or hologram has been altered.

5. No refunds will be issued for purchased tickets, even in the case of rescheduling.

6. Duplicate tickets will not be reissued for lost or stolen tickets.

7. Re-entry is strictly prohibited throughout the entire event duration.

8. The artist lineup and billed attractions may be subject to change.

9. The organizers retain the right to conduct security checks on invitees/audience members at the entry point for security reasons.

10. The organizers, along with their agents, officers, or employees, are not liable for any injury, damage, theft, losses, or costs incurred during or as a result of the event.

11. The consumption and sale of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

12. Outside the festival, professional cameras, recording instruments, arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, and alcohol are not allowed. Food and beverages will be available inside the event.

13. Admission rights are reserved, even for valid ticket holders. Individuals suspected of carrying items that may be used offensively or dangerously, or engaging in illegal activities within the site, may be subjected to search.

14. First aid/medical facilities will be provided; however, the organizers do not assume responsibility for any arising issues.

15. Any disputes are to be resolved under Mumbai jurisdiction courts only.

16. The organizers reserve the right, without refund or recourse, to deny admission to anyone found in breach of these terms and conditions, including ejecting ticket holders from the venue after entry.

17. Possession, sale, and dealing in narcotics drugs and psychotropic substances are punishable under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, with imprisonment ranging from 6 months up to 20 years.
