Healthcare in the rural Himalayan region is suffering. This pandemic is a threat to the overall This pandemic poses a threat with far more disastrous implications to the overall socio-economic and delicate ecosystem of the Himalayan region and its people.

The second wave of COVID-19 in India has been one of the most disheartening tragedies unfolding in its modern history. Where the whole of India has suffered, the people of the Himalayan region have been especially vulnerable. The only way to support the region and its people is by fighting together. The funds from this campaign will go towards the long term rehabilitation of the Himalayan communities. Sewa International has developed projects to support rural public health infrastructure, capacity building of frontline workers, accessibility to digital healthcare and livelihood rehabilitation in the Himalayan region.
