Terms & Conditions:

1. Children below the age of 5 years and pets are not allowed.
2. Children only between the age of 5 years to 15 years will be eligible for kid’s entry ticket.
3. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
4. In the absence of a female partner the pass/ticket will be treated as stag and the difference amount will have to be paid at the time of check-in (at the spot booking counter as per thr stag entry charges).
5. An internet handling fee, platform fee, and convenience fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before making the payment.
6. We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the venue for a seamless entry.
7. This is a wristband entry event. Tampered wristbands will not be allowed.
8. No backpacks handbags and other baggage allowed inside the venue. There is NO storage facility available at the event.
9. No refund on a purchased ticket is possible.
10. Ticket prices that we are charging is for the DJ Concert, liquor and food coupons are just an additional offering.
11. The event is subject to Government permissions. In case the permissions are not granted and the event is cancelled, a refund of tickets excluding taxes gateway charges convenience fees etc. shall be issued to all patrons.
12. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
13. Alcohol will be served to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof.
14. Drinks & Food at the venue is available through a coupon system, enjoy varied drinks & food options by exchanging the Drinks & Food coupons. 
15. Drinks coupons can only be used to avail alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages.
16. In the event that you use up your complimentary Drinks & Food coupons, additional Drinks & Food coupons can be purchased at the venue.
17. Please note that the value of complimentary drinks and food coupons is non-transferable and non-refundable. Any unused portion of the complimentary amount will not be available for redemption or reimbursement. Ensure to make the most of your complimentary offerings during the event.
18. Artist line-up and billed attractions may be subject to change.
19. Organizers reserve the right to perform security checks on invitees/members of the audience at the entry point for security reasons. In case anyone is found violating the rules will be asked to vacate or denied entry into the event despite holding a valid ticket without any refund.
20. Organizers or any of its agents, officers and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
21. Parking near or at the venue premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner. The organizer will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the venue.
22. No re-entry into the event premises once you leave the venue.
23. Valid identity proof of all the attendees needs to be present during check-in to the venue. (Aadhar card PAN card Driving License Passport)
24. Entry with Slippers or Bermudas will not be permitted.
25. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizers/ management.
26. Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
27. Professional cameras, any form of recording instruments, arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes or any kind of drugs or toxic substances are strictly prohibited. Food and beverages will be available inside the venue.
28. Liquor consumption and carriage will be allowed only in DJ concert arena.
29. Rights of admission reserved even to valid ticket holders.
30. Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by guests; Unbox 2024 management encourages guests to drink responsibly and in moderation.
31. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched and necessary actions will be taken.
32. Any disputes to be settled under Vasai jurisdiction courts only.
33. The holder of this ticket hereby grants organizers the right to use in perpetuity all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder`s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising publicity and promotion relating hereto.
34. The organizers reserve the right without refund or other recourse to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.
35. It is mandatory to follow all Govt. rules and regulations to prevent spread of Covid – 19. Strict checking will be done before entry. Guests need to provide full cooperation with the event staff.
