1. Upon acceptance, possession, or use of a ticket, you confirm your understanding and agreement to the entirety of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Admission is strictly for individuals aged 16 years and above.

3. Sales are limited to a maximum of ten tickets per transaction.

4. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission.

5. For group arrivals, the lead booker, who made the purchase using their email and mobile number, must accompany the party and enter the venue together.

6. The lead booker may be asked to present the following alongside their ticket(s): 

   i) Photo ID (e.g., Driving license, Aadhar card) 

   ii) Booking confirmation email 

   iii) Lead purchaser’s mobile number

7. Entry will be granted only after thorough security checks and via designated entrances.

8. Re-entry into the venue is not permitted.

9. The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule without prior notice.

10. Your ticket purchase represents a personal, revocable license and remains the property of the promoters.

11. Tickets are sold directly to consumers. Purchases made by businesses or traders in violation of terms and conditions will be voided.

12. Resale or offer for sale of tickets through unauthorized channels renders them invalid.

13. Outside food, drinks, hazardous substances, and flammable items are not allowed inside the venue or seating areas.

14. Consumption of alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises.

15. Use of audio, video, or recording equipment is strictly prohibited.

16. Tickets are issued in accordance with the rules of the event organizer, venue management, and ticketing website.

17. Only tickets purchased through the Underground Tribe website are valid for admission.

18. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.

19. The organizer shall not be liable for any claims, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from the event.

20. The organizer, venue, and ticketing website are not liable for issues stemming from unauthorized ticket reproduction.

21. Ticket fees are refundable only in the event of event cancellation by the organizer.

22. Tickets with tampered security features are invalid for entry.

23. The event is subject to force majeure conditions.

24. Your cooperation is appreciated.

25. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Chennai.

26. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the organizer.
