It goes without saying that the world is not what is was before the pandemic. The nature of our industry has also changed. To get a better understanding of how to navigate this we have invited Actor- Anchor Lipi Goyal and casting director Kunal M. Shah. 

Kunal M Shah has been an active part of the showbiz for close to two decades. He was one of the most celebrated and noted film journalist. In his illustrious career of almost two decades, he has successfully proved his mettle while working with top-notch publications like Asian Age, Mumbai Mirror and Mid-Day. He was also a member of the advisory committee of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) from 2015-2017. Kunal M Shah's journey as a 'casting director' kicked off in the year 2012 with Vikram Bhatt's Dangerous Ishhq. His projects as a casting director include Khiladi 786, Action Jackson, Youngistaan, Ek Paheli Leela, Mr. X, Aksar 2, Hate Story 3, Fugly, 1921, Creature and Laal Rang to name a few. He already has worked in more than 30 films as a casting director. For his exceptional work, he bagged the honour of 'Dada Saheb Phalke Best Casting Director of the Year 2016'. On the Digital world, he has successfully completed major web shows like Maya, Spotlight 2 and Gehraiyaan. 

Within two years of her stint in the showbiz, Lipi Goyal has accrued many feathers to her cap in terms of a rich and driven portfolio. Lipi debuted in movies with 'Passport' an urban-centric Gujarati film and later was seen in Bollywood movie Sweetiee weds NRI' Her short film, "Mumbai Bullet" was screened at Bunter Hund Film Festival in Munich followed by screenings at Kala Ghoda Festival, 2016, Kerala Film festival and Goa Film Festival.It has also won the Best Short Film Award at Pratibimb Film Festival,Maharashtra, 2016. Besides making her Hindi TV debut in Season 2 of Anil Kapoor's "24". Lipi has anchored events nationally and internationally for renowned brands like Honda, Hyundai, Toyota, German Company KHS Machinery, American Fitness Company Anti-Gravity Yoga, Indo- Canadian Business Chamber,Indo-Canada Global Award Ceremony,BNI Awards besides few social and cultural functions.
