Open to all: ‘Mental health’ and ‘mental illness’ are increasingly being used as if they mean the same thing, but they do not.

Everyone has mental health, just like everyone has health.

Mental Health, is our mental well-being: our emotions, our thoughts and feelings, our ability to solve problems and overcome difficulties, our social connections, and our understanding of the world around us.

No one is the exception to this law.

Art Therapy: is to tap into different parts of the brain using the imagination, metaphor, and images to gain new perspectives and solve problems in new ways. 

No artistic abilities required.

Mindfulness - connecting with who you are as a person, to be fully aware of where you are and what you are doing. In this workshop learn to use this technique to find what makes your heart smile.
