Vegan and Gluten Free Japanese Cooking Workshop
The cooking class covers the following dishes:
• Miso Glazed Aubergines with Sesame Seeds
• Walnut Miso Broth with Rice Noodles
• Kale and Black Sesame Sushi Bowl
• Buckwheat Noodles with Crispy Tofu and Crunchy Cabbage
• Vegan and Gluten Free Baked Matcha Donuts
A recipe handout is provided and an organic resource guide of where to source the ingredients that have been used in the class. All produce used in the class is entirely organic.
Founder of Yogisattva and Certified Chef - Raveena Taurani shall conduct this class. Raveena holds an advanced Diploma in vegan food, raw vegan food, culinary nutrition and sports nutrition and has travelled across Bali, America, Europe and England to hone her skills.
The entire class is completely vegan and gluten free and only uses organic ingredients. The class size is limited to 8 participants only.
