When we think of Vegan Desserts we are more inclined towards cakes and bakes rather than Indian Mithais. 

Since I have been following a Vegan Pregnancy myself the options of Indian Desserts are rather limited.

Once while planning our workshops I happened to tell @chefriddhimasood about my only constant craving during pregnancy being Rasgulla which I did indulge in but was rather reluctant. 

For all I knew, I was in for a surprise! The very next day Riddhima @chefriddhimasood being the curious chef she, cracked a recipe for the most moist Vegan Rasgulla without using any BREAD. That’s when we immediately decided to share our brilliant idea of Indian Mithai's with a Vegan twist with you guys, which further led us to hosting this workshop for you’ll. 

& with the festive season being around, what could have been a better time to announce our very first “Festive Delights - Indian Vegan Mithai” Workshop.
