Project Virasat is a student-run initiative where we endeavor to revive the languishing craft forms of the country. We empower the torch bearers of the rich cultural legacy by intervening in 5 different craft forms and impacting 80+ artisans. We envision to be a craft cluster developmental organization by incorporating more craft forms under our ambit.

We are elated to announce that we will be hosting the country's one-of-a-kind craft conclave, the Virasat Craft Conclave 2021 - a platform that will encourage the confluence of thoughts and ideas amongst Craft enthusiasts.

The event will witness panel discussions involving eminent personalities, National Awardees from the craft sector including founders of Okhai, Zwende, Kadam Haat, Rangsutra, Jaipur Rugs, Khamir, recipients of Civilian Honours and many more esteemed individuals who will share their experiences and lessons of their journey to success, thoughts about the Indian Handicraft Industry and it's future and much more.

The event will also comprise live musical performances by renowned cultural and folk artists across the country and art workshops from our very own artisans of various craft forms including Gaurahari Stonework, Usta Art and Pichvai Painting.

The conclave will garner immense support from Craft Enthusiasts all across the country.
