The second game of the day will see one of the Southern Derbies between Tamil Thalaivas and Bengaluru Bulls. The Bengaluru Bulls will be pitted against former player and the all-time top defender, Manjeet Chhillar, but who will come out on top? But before that, looking to reignite past glory will be U Mumba and Jaipur Pink Panthers in the fourth match of the season.

The team is out on a mission! In their debut season last year, they showed plenty of promise, especially with some high-quality performances courtesy raider Ajay Thakur. In Season VI, Tamil Thalaivas have added serious ammunition: Jasveer Singh and Manjeet Chillar will bring their experience and talent. Fans can look forward to an exciting season!

The most consistent team during the first three seasons, U Mumba took the tournament by storm by reaching the final three times in a row. The team did get its hands on the trophy in Season 2. And after finishing runners-up in Season 3, it looked like U Mumba would dominate the tournament for years to come. But the next two seasons saw a slump, with the team not going beyond the group stages.
Season VI is the dawn of a new era at U Mumba. With a reimagined squad which shows a brilliant mix of experience in defence and a young offensive line, the team also sees a new coaching staff taking reins. An eye on the glory days, the Mumboys will be hoping to set the stage alight with their performance during VIVO Pro Kabaddi Season VI.

The first champions of Pro Kabaddi, Jaipur Pink Panthers have had a fair share of ups and downs since the glorious first season. Failing to qualify for the knockout stages in Seasons 2 and 3, the team bounced back in style by reaching the finals in VIVO Pro Kabaddi Season 4. Abhishek Bachchan’s Panthers had a disappointing tournament last season again, getting knocked out in the group stages. Jaipur Pink Panthers have shuffled up their squad for VIVO Pro Kabaddi Season VI. The phenomenal Anup Kumar, will now don the Panther pink and the franchise will be hoping he brings his good luck with him. A new coach in Srinivas Reddy, a new mix of players and a new belief will guide the Jaipur Pink Panthers in VIVO Pro Kabaddi Season VI.

The first two seasons were one for the memory books for Bengaluru Bulls. The franchise did really well to go through to the semis and the finals in Season 1 and Season 2, respectively. The raging Bulls have had a disappointing run since then. Having failed to get through to the knockout rounds in the following three seasons. VIVO Pro Kabaddi Season VI brings a fresh new adventure for the Bulls from Karnataka. The franchise has assimilated a new group of players which would bring a fresh challenge to the big-wigs of the tournament. The addition of raider Kashiling Adake to team up with star Rohit Kumar should prove to be fruitful. Will that translate into a berth in the knockout round or maybe, in the final? We will know come October.
