Success stories are a great source of inspiration.
Volunteer to translate ‘stories of change’ of children from underserved communities, who with the help of Light of Life Trust NGO, were able to complete their education and find jobs.
How can volunteers help?:
Volunteers will help translate the journey of change documented by social workers about the Anando programme into Stories of Change. The Anando programme focuses on probable dropouts from underserved communities in rural Maharashtra. The children identified by the NGO are handheld from 8th grade till they are employed with an objective to ensure employability. This involves intensive work with the children, their parents, the teachers, peers, and the community, the children have gone on to become confident young adults.
