Trek Itinerary:

Day 1:

4:00 AM: Start from the Base

8:00 AM: Arrive at Sadashiva Kona Falls Base, commence trek

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Reach the summit, and indulge in a refreshing bath by the divine waterfalls

12:30 PM: Visit the Shiva Temple for blessings

1:00 PM: Begin trek to the camping site near the mesmerizing waterfall

7:00 PM: Set up camp, prepare for campfire, and life experience sharing

Day 2:

5:00 AM: Commence the day with a rejuvenating meditation session

6:00 AM: Engage in a forest bathing walk to connect with nature

7:30 AM: Learn primitive cooking methods and wilderness survival skills

10:00 AM: Discussion on the significance of fitness and nutrition for lifelong trekking

12:00 PM: Wind up and depart
