Ticketing

a) All ticket sales are final and non-transferable

b) All attendees must present a valid ticket to enter the music event

c) The event organizers reserve the right to change the pricing and availability of tickets

d) The ticket holder assumes all risks and danger of personal injury and loss or damage to property

Event Rules

a) Attendees must follow all event rules and regulations

b) The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person for violation of event rules

c) Attendees must comply with all security measures in place

d) The event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings

Age Restrictions

a) Attendees must be of legal age to consume alcohol or purchase tobacco products

b) Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult

c) The event organizers reserve the right to require identification for age verification

Performances

a) The event schedule and performers are subject to change without notice

b) The event organizers are not liable for the cancelation of any scheduled performer or performance

c) Attendees are not allowed to record audio or video of any performance

Liability

a) The event organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, illness, or harm arising from attending the event

b) Attendees assume all liability for any damage, loss, or injury arising from attending the event

c) The event organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property

Prohibited Items

a) Attendees are prohibited from bringing outside food, drinks, or illegal substances including cigarettes and e cigarettes. 

b) Weapons, fireworks, and other dangerous items are strictly prohibited

c) Bags may be searched upon entry to the event

Photography and Videography

a) Attendees permit the event organizers to use photographs and recordings for promotional purposes

b) Attendees may only use personal cameras or smartphones for non-commercial purposes

Force Majeure

a) The event may be canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or acts of nature

b) The event organizers are not responsible for any cancellation or postponement of the event

Governing Law

a) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the event is taking place

b) Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction

c) Any disputes between attendees will not be entertained and 4 Ace Events will not be responsible for any cause or consequences the person itself will be responsible. 

Consent

a) By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, attendees agree to these terms and conditions

b) Attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
