This workshop brings to you an experience of Playback Theatre, a form of improvisational interactive theatre where the actors present an engaging and dramatised retelling of the audience members’ stories, on-the-spot! Through this form, we will create a safe space for individuals, groups and communities to get together, share and watch their real-life stories come alive, thus, enabling multiple voices and perspectives to be heard.

About the facilitator:

Expressive Arts therapy practitioner, artistic director, actor-trainer and co-founder of First Drop Theatre, and a leadership graduate from the Centre for Playback Theatre (USA), Dr Radhika Jain has conducted various expressive arts and theatre-based workshops across varied age groups. Her team has performed for different functional and hierarchical groups in the corporate, education and healthcare sectors. She has also received a PhD in Molecular Microbiology from Germany and a corporate experience of 7 years in the field of Consulting and Market Research.
