- What does the entry pass include?
Festival Entry, Entry to all programs, Exhibition entry
- Can I cancel my ticket?
We will not be able to cancel/refund tickets.
- Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Sorry, but you won’t be able to transfer your tickets. So plan ahead and you’ll be fine.
- Is there any age limit?
There is no age limit. It is preferred that kids under 12 should be accompanied by their respective guardians.
- What is the drug policy?
We follow absolutely zero tolerance policy on drugs. No hard or soft drugs are permitted inside the premises. Entry to the venue will be denied if these rules are found to be broken.
- What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed inside the premises. Cigarettes/pipes/liquor etc. are not allowed inside the premises.
- Will you confiscate my bag at the entry?
No, your bag will not be confiscated at the entry; however, we will need to check the elements in your bag to ensure none of the above-mentioned things are present.
- Can I buy food at the event?
Yes. There are listed vendor stalls available for you at the event.
- How do I handle the waste (food, paper, plastic etc.) I generate?
Coloured waste bins are provided in and around the venue to segregate the waste. In case of confusion, do contact the nearest volunteer to guide you.
- Is drinking water free?
Yes. Drinking water stations will be kept at specific points in and around the venue.
- Are washrooms available?
Yes.
