Distilled in Scotland with sweet grain spirit and fine malt whisky sourced from Speyside and the Highlands, the blend is resplendent with fresh apples, oranges and floral aromas.

About the Chef

After countless hours of hard work and studying, Chef Jason decided to direct all his focus on Mexican cuisine as it garners influence from all parts of the world and has so many bold flavours to it. (It's not only about the tacos). At Xico, he has infused traditional Mexican cuisine with India's endless flavours and spices to create spectacular tasting dishes which are also a visual delight.
