At The Bombay Canteen, we've always been inspired by the diversity of recipes, techniques, and traditions across the length and breadth of India, and showcasing them through our food and drink is our way of celebrating our culture.

For Bakr Eid this year, we wanted to celebrate the "festival of sacrifice" in our own fun way through a community-style dinner that incorporates every part of the goat.

Our nose-to-tail feast showcases a dozen different parts of the goat through dishes inspired from 12 different regions and communities across India. From the tongue to the udder and from Kashmir to all the way down to Tamil Nadu, this meal is an ode to our collective experiences and travels and a tribute to our incredible country through a delicious and memorable dining experience.
