FAQs | Ticket Redemption Process 

Q. Does RSVP guarantee ticket confirmation?

No, RSVPing is only the sign-up process and does not guarantee ticket confirmation. To secure your entry, please redeem your wristbands on or before the redemption deadline. You will receive an email with further instructions after signing up.

Q. Do I need to redeem my e-tickets?

Yes, after registering, you will receive your tickets electronically (e-tickets) via email. You must redeem these e-tickets for entry wristbands on or before the deadline. Redemption information will be included on the tickets and in other communications.

Q. When can I redeem my e-tickets?

Redemption dates and deadlines will be mentioned on your tickets and will be communicated via email. 

Q. Why are my e-tickets not sent to my email?

Upon successful booking, you will receive an email confirmation with your e-tickets. If you are unable to find your tickets, please contact Customer Support.

Q. What happens if I miss the e-ticket redemption deadline?

In this case, your e-ticket will be deactivated after the redemption deadline and will no longer be valid for entry to the event.

Q. Where can I redeem my e-tickets?

Physical Wristbands (Paid Delivery): Wristbands will be delivered to the postal address provided at registration if you chose the paid delivery option. No redemption is needed in this case. A delivery fee will apply. 

Physical Wristbands (Free Pick-Up): If you selected the free pick-up option, your e-ticket will indicate the pick-up box office address you selected during registration. You will need to redeem your e-ticket for a physical wristband at this location.

Q. What do I need to bring for wristband redemption?

Please note: Original ticket buyer needs to be present at the pop-up box office for redemption. To redeem your wristband, please bring the following:

• A valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the ticket.
• Your e-ticket with a valid QR code and shortcode.
• A one-time passcode (OTP) for verification, which you can find on your Paytm Insider web profile.

Q. What are the steps for wristband activation?

Please note, even after redeeming a physical wristband, each ticket holder must activate their wristband.

To activate: Scan the QR code on the wristband and submit the activation form. Non-activated wristbands will not be allowed entry to the event.

Q. Is there an age limit to attend the event?

This event is 13+. Under 18s need an adult (parent/guardian) with an e-ticket & wristband.

Q. Is this a standing or a seated event?

This is a standing event with limited seating space.

Q. Is ticket transfer allowed?

No, this ticket is for the original purchaser only. Resale or ticket transfers are not allowed. 

Q. Are pets allowed in the venue?

For the safety of our guests, no pets or animals are allowed in the venue.

Q. How can I apply for General Admission (GA) tickets? 

General Admission tickets are available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis only on Paytm Insider. Book up to two tickets per unique mobile number and email address. Duplicates will be cancelled.

Q. How can I apply for Superfan tickets? 

Follow your favourite creators and artists from YouTube Fanfest lineup on their social media handles to participate in the Superfan contest to claim Superfan tickets.

Q. How do I find out if I'm selected as a Superfan?

Superfan winners will be notified via email with redemption details.

Q. Do I need to carry a physical copy of my ticket at the time of entry?

Attendees will need to carry their wristbands alongside e-tickets to gain entry. 

Q. I have lost/damaged my wristband. What should I do? 

It is the responsibility of the successful applicants to take care of their wristbands. No replacement will be made for lost or damaged wristbands.

Q. Is the venue wheelchair-friendly?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. In case of any other accessibility-related queries, write to our Customer Support team.

Q. Is parking available at the venue? 

Parking is available at the venue on a first come, first served basis.
