These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of online event tickets for the Tamil Nadu International Kite Festival 2023 (TNIKF). By purchasing the tickets, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Ticket Types:

  a. "ENTRY PASS" is valid for the full carnival zone except for the seating area for music concerts. Only GOLD and SILVER ticket holders will have seating access.

  b. Food, beverages, and games are not included in any ticket types.

2. Individual Day Passes:

  Each day requires a separate ticket purchase. Your ticket will be valid only for the day specified on the ticket.

3. Refund and Transfer:

  a. Entry passes, VIP passes, GOLD passes, and SILVER passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  b. No refund will be issued for any unused or partially used tickets.

4. Carnival Schedule:

  a. The carnival entry opens every day from 2pmonwards.

  b. The carnival closes at 9:30 PM (21:30).

  c. Music concerts start at 6:30 PM onwards.

5. Conduct:

  The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any individual whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming, without refund or compensation.

6. Program Changes:

  The promoter may add, withdraw, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.

7. Image and Likeness:

  The organizer may use the visitor's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph, or picture from the carnival venue for promotional purposes.

8. Event Changes or Cancellation:

  The organizer may postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond their reasonable control. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the tickets purchased.

9. Security Check:

  The pass holder agrees to cooperate and undergo security checks for any prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled substances, dangerous substances, illegal substances, and recording devices.

10. Kite Flying and Weather:

   a. Timing for kite flying and kite shows may vary according to wind conditions and weather permitting.

   b. In case of rain or bad weather, kites will be displayed on the ground. There will be no refund for any tickets purchased in such cases.

11. Complaints:
