• Management reserves the right of admission.

• Ticket is mandatory for entry and Identifier Tag should always be worn and shown to security on demand.

• Open footwear and sport shoes are not allowed.

• Dress code - smart casuals/party wear.

• Any kind of flammable items, arms, ammunitions, knives, sharp edged objects, etc are strictly prohibited.

• Food and Beverage items from outside are not allowed inside.

INSIDE THE Party

• Food & beverage will be served only to guests with identifiers.

• Management will not be held responsible for any loss of belongings/valuables.

• Any damage to the property of the hotel will be recovered from the concerned person.

• Entry to the DJ console area and personal requests to the DJ are strictly prohibited.

• Please inform the management of any suspicious object/people found

• Any person causing or intending to cause disturbance / disruption in the venue on the account of rude/violent behavior, use of derogatory/inflammatory language, verbal or physical intimidation, obscene or lewd acts & gestures, racial abuse, non-payment of bills, provoking/indulging in fight will be evicted from the premises of the hotel or would be handed over to the police. • Once paid no refund will be entertained.

ALCOHOL & DRUGS

• The Management/Nightclub reserves the right to refuse alcohol to guests at any point of time without citing any reason.

• Alcohol is served to persons as per govt law at the time of event.

• Consumption/possession of drugs, narcotic substances & other illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the night club & in the hotel premises. The hotel reserves the right to evict any person found doing so.

TICKETED ENTRY RULES

• Tickets/Packages once sold will not be cancelled, refunded or transferred.

• The primary ticket/package holder (name mentioned on it) should be presented along with the ID proof for entry. Failure in producing the same will result in denial of entry to the venue.

• You might be asked to leave the venue without any liability of a refund if there is any behavioral misdemeanor on your part. The final decision rests with the Management and is binding on you.

• Management does not guarantee any seats or tables.

• Organizers reserve the right of frisk and restrict entry.

• Management does not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.

• The booking is subject to force majeure conditions.

• Tampering with the tickets/packages will not be tolerated.

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events, bars, restaurant and clubs) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State.

• Use of masks is mandatory at all times and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The venue and event organizer reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions.

• Management does not assume any responsibility with regards to any injury or complications due to COVID – 19 accrued as a result of your participation.

Important notice re COVID-19: Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the event. Management is not responsible for the health and safety of this event. We encourage you to follow the organizer’s safety policies, as well as local laws and restrictions.
