1. Prioritize safety: Follow instructor guidance and avoid advanced moves without supervision.
2. Consult your doctor: Especially if pregnant, recently injured, or with health concerns.
3. Check your gear: Inspect equipment for safety before each session.
4. Communicate discomfort: Speak up about any discomfort or anxiety during the practice.
5. Respect boundaries: Communicate and respect personal boundaries with the instructor and peers.

Pecautions:
1. Avoid Eating: Please refrain from eating at least 2 hours before an aerial yoga class to prevent
discomfort during practice.
2. Appropriate Attire: Wear yoga pants made of a tight polyester blend, avoiding pure cotton or shorts, as they may cause injury, restrict movement or grip.
3. Maintain Hammock Grip: Always adhere to the "rule of thumb" - never leave your hammock grip to
ensure safety and stability during aerial yoga poses.
