*Age limit: 

14th March, 2025 - 3+ years

15th March, 2025 - Strictly 16+ years only are allowed.

* Children up to the age of 3 years can enter for free but no seating may be provided for them. Children above that age will require a ticket.

* If you are under the age of 16, you will need to be accompanied by an adult guardian.

* Due to the live band performance event, all parents/guardians are requested to bring their kids at their own discretion.

* Please keep your e-ticket and wristband with you at all times.

* Re-entry is not allowed

* Please remember to carry a valid government-issued photo ID proof (Driver`s License/Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Voter Card/Passport). You may not be permitted to enter in the absence of one.

* We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.

* An Internet handling fees per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.

* No backpacks, handbags and other baggage are allowed inside the venue. There is NO storage facility available at the event.

* Carrying of liquids, alcohol, cigarettes, e-cigarettes and banned substances will not be permitted in the venue.

* No outside food and beverages/liquor allowed inside the venue premises.

* Professional cameras, any form of recording instruments, arms/knife and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol, and cigarettes are not allowed from outside the venue. Only Food and beverages will be available inside the venue (Chargeable).

* Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.

* Parking near or at the venue premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner. Organizers will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the venue.

* Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded, even in case of any rescheduling of the event.

* Ticket holders in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

* Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

* Organizers reserve the right to perform security checks on invitees/members of the audience at the entry point for security reasons. In case anyone is found violating the rules, will be asked to vacate or denied entry into the event despite holding a valid ticket WITHOUT any refund.

* The sponsors/performers/organizers/management shall not be responsible for, including but not limited to, any injury, damage, theft, or losses that may occur during or at the event.

* Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited

* Under the NDPS/PROHIBITION Act, it is illegal for a person to possess, sell, purchase, transport, store, and/or consume any narcotic drug or psychotropic substance in the venue.

* It’s a non-alcoholic event. No Alcohol will be served during this event. Anyone found under the influence of this will be asked to vacate the premise immediately.

* Rights of admission are reserved, even to valid ticket holders.

* Organizers/management/sponsors are not responsible for any liability or claims that may arise due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink or any other consumption in the venue.

* The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or a part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval of the holder.

* The management reserves the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the venue.

* No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments will be allowed in the venue. We may have to eject these things (with or without the you) from the venue.

* Venue rules apply.

* The venue and schedule may change at the sole discretion of the organizer. All announcements will be on social media pages, and on email/SMS/push to existing ticket holders.

* These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.

* Any disputes to be settled under Ahmedabad Jurisdiction courts only.
