The second edition of The Thali Tradition will take place at DSSC Bhavan ⁠— a home where #OurCity can celebrate the ahuthentic, explore the local, and revel in the vibrancy of India. The DSSC Bhavan will be popping-up only for this 3-day festival and will bring to you 6 regional cuisines as part of The Thali Tradition.

On Saturday, November 2 at 8:30 PM, Chef Megha Agarwal will present the Assamese Thali with support from our Cuisine Specialist, Ms. Plavaneeta Borah.

About the Chef

At the age of seven, a successful experiment of Toaster Pizzaled Chef Megha Agarwal to realise her culinary calling. Born and brought up in Assam, she currently helms the kitchen at Auro Kitchen & Bar, and Summer House Cafe. Her cooking features traditional and indegenious techniques like steaming, fermenting and drying; whilst ensuring and retaining the core flavour of the ingredients.
