The Food Capital of India, the place where it all began!

This event will take you through our journey to Banaras. The recipes, tips and tricks, quick cooking, slow cooking, spices, et al, that we learnt from the locals during our stay in Banaras. One you learn these simple dishes you can surprise your friends/guests/family or anyone with your art! This will be a great workshop for new as well as experienced chefs!

Not just word and stories, there will be some great food cooked fresh and with home ground Banarasi spices, made by he Super Chef herself. And if you like the food, you are most welcome to carry back our homemade spice blends. All that you need to do is cook your vegetables and add a serving or two( as advised on the pack) and you will be able to recreate that same flavor that you loved so much! Simple? Yes, its our proprietary secret formula that you wont get anywhere else!

Cafe Wanderlust has been in the food travel business for 6 years now. We are based in the centrally located Galleria market in DLF Phase 4. We love to travel, explore new cuisines, come back and launch them at the cafe and create our own stories of these dishes. People love us for our passion for food, travel and our story telling.
