Rules & Guidelines :-



-The Management or the Organizers are not responsible for your personal belongings.

-Alcohol will be served to attendees above the legal age.

-Anyone below the age of 18 needs to be accompanied with a legal guardian above the age of 18. The legal guardian needs to purchase a separate pass for themselves.

-Smoking is only allowed in permitted space.

-Please be advised that the upcoming event will feature content intended for mature audiences and live standup comedy crowd work roasting.

-Please take prior permission from the artists and cosplayers before clicking picture with/of them.

-Anyone harrasing/discriminating against any other artist/participant/organizer for any reason will be asked to leave the event venue.

-Please carry a valid identity card with you. - AADHAR CARD

-The Organizers/Venue management/Performers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring during the event.

-No refunds on purchased tickets are possible , even in case of rescheduling.

-Event organizers, The Artist' Collaborative, venue management are not responsible for event cancellation or rescheduling due any natural calamity including but not limited to rains, earthquake, storms or flooding.

-No ticket transfers are allowed.

-Anyone harrasing/discriminating against any other artist/participant/organizer for any reason will be asked to leave the event venue.

-No Dangerous/Prohibited/Hazardous items including but not limited to guns , weapons, sharp objects , glass bottles, fireworks, chemicals, lasers will be allowed inside the venue.

-People in intoxicated state will not be allowed entry.

-Security team at the entry gate will be present, please follow the security procedures including being frisked for illegal and prohibited items.

-Entry for the event is based on sole discretion of the organizers.

-Pictures taken by our media team will be used for promotional Content over our social media platforms, by buying this pass you are consenting over the use for same.

-Outside Food and Drinks are not allowed inside the venue Premises.

- Re-Entry to the event is not allowed. In case you leave the venue you will have to buy a new on-spot pass to re-enter

-Mandatory INR 400/- Cover Charge is applicable at the venue which is redeemable on Food & Drinks.This cover charge will be levied on the +2 free pass holders too who availed tickets using discount code sent via mail to orginal date pass holders.

-Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.
