Did you know the Cacao Bean was traded as currency at one point of time? Learn all this and more to make your own rich Dark Chocolate bar at Pascati’s Bean to Bar Workshop at Salt Water Café, Churchgate on 23rd December 2018 at 4 pm.
Dark chocolate artistry starts with the bean. Grasp the history behind the bean & wade through the know-how of the entire bean to bar process. Pascati will even have a tasting and chocolate appreciation sesh with some amazing Dark Chocolate bars, and single origin Cacao blends as high as 81%!
Conducting the workshop is Pascati Chocolates Founder & Partner, Devansh Asher. His brand ‘Pascati Chocolates’ currently manufactures its confections from its 4500 sq ft facility in Daman (U.T.).
Drop by at Salt Water Café on Sunday the 23rd of December and get the knack of the know-how of making chocolate.
