About the Event

Namaste and welcome to The Thali Tradition ⁠— India’s only celebration of the iconic thali.

The second edition of The Thali Tradition will take place at DSSC Bhavan ⁠— a home where #OurCity can celebrate the authentic, explore the local, and revel in the vibrancy of India. The DSSC Bhavan will be popping-up only for this 3-day festival and will bring to you 6 regional cuisines as part of The Thali Tradition.

On Friday, November 1 at 8:30 PM Chef Megha Kohli will present the Bengali Thali.

About the Chef

The Executive Chef at Lavaash by Saby, Megha Kohli, is a strong advocate of cuisine that is sustainable, local & seasonal. It is this young trailblazer’s holistic passion for regional cuisine & her commitment to thoroughly research cuisines that brings her back onto the coveted list of chefs at The Thali Tradition.

Basis her experience whilst travelling and in the kitchen of Lavaash by Saby, an Armenian-Bengali restaurant, she proudly presents the resplendent culinary gems of authentic Bengali cuisine.
