1.Tickets once purchased cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless event is can-celled, moved to another date. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket, would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation

2.Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets. This ticket purchased is entitled, to ENTRY to the event for Berlin's Music Festo. Cover charges will be applicable as per venue’s discretion.

3.Carrying Govt. ID cards is mandatory.

4.No refunds, other than the cancellation of the show..

5. organizers and Management reserve the right to perform security check on invitees/member of audience at the entry point for security reasons.

6.organizers or any of its agent, officers, and management shall, not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at, or as a result of the event of any part of it.

7.No drug use allowed - consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in the venue and those found in possession of or consuming narcotics at the event will be handed over to police authorities.

8.No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, lazer devices, bottles, will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

9.The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. 

10.Valet service based on availability.

11.Party responsibly - Please don't drink and drive.
