Brief information about Trek:

Bhimashankar to Bhorgiri is a popular trekking route in the Sahyadri mountain range of Maharashtra, India. It offers breathtaking views of the Western Ghats, rich biodiversity, and a chance to explore the local culture and traditions.Bhorgiri is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna. The region is covered with dense forests and is home to several species of animals and birds.The best time to visit Bhimashankar is during the monsoon season, when the hills and forests come alive with lush greenery and cascading waterfalls.

05:00 AM: Deccan Gymkhana, opp KFC

08:00 AM: Tea & Breakfast on the way

09:30 AM: Group introduction & briefing about the trek and guidelines.

10:00 AM: Start trek from Bhimashankar towards Bhorgiri. We will be visiting Gupta Bhimashankar on the way. Enjoy the Trek route with scenic views on the way. 

03:00 PM: Reach Bhorgiri Village & Freshen up. 

03:30 PM: Enjoy delicious local lunch.  

04:30 PM: Start Return journey

05:30 PM: Enjoy evening tea.

10:00 PM: Approx. arrival at Pune.( +/- 1 hr depending on traffic on the route)

Unlike any conventional picnic, it is an adventure activity where we are going to have local food. So please don't expect luxury and absolute comfort.
