About the Restaurant

The Kimono Club promises to take diners vicariously through the exciting dining experiences and nightlife of Asia. With a live dim-sum station, the restaurant serves modern Japanese and Chinese delicacies that are complemented by the most extensive spirits and wine list for any bar and restaurant in the city. Apportioned as small plates, cold plates / raw salad bar and mains, - the lavish menu includes signature dishes such as Wagarashi Prawns, Duck Carpaccio Yuzu Soy and Truffle Dumpling, Tamari glazed Sea bass in addition to caviar, oysters, lobster and duck that would typically be steamed, stir fried or baked to make the dishes a healthy indulgence.

His motto behind designing the menu for The Kimono Club is to give utmost importance to technicality and precision with dishes inspired from traditional Chinese cuisine and rendered in a contemporary fashion. The menu has been thoughtfully crafted with dishes that, many from their local partners, enhance simple flavours and add the occasional edgy twist to it.
