Terms & Conditions:

1. Age Restriction: This event is open to individuals aged 21 and above. Valid identification may be required for verification.
2. Complimentary Drinks: Each attendee is entitled to redeem one complimentary 330ml beer provided by 2 Down Beer Co. Additional drinks are available for purchase.
3. Liability: Bombay Board Game Club, Eddie's, and 2 Down Beer Co are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.
4. Conduct: Respectful behavior and sportsmanship are expected from all attendees. Any disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the event.
5. Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for the care and return of borrowed game pieces, accessories, and any other equipment provided during the event.
6. Photography & Media: By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Please inform event staff if you prefer not to be included in any media coverage.
7. Cancellation: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, Bombay Board Game Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. Attendees will be notified accordingly.
8. Disclaimer: Participation in the Board Game Bash is voluntary, and attendees acknowledge and assume any associated risks.
