Board games cross cultural boundaries with games from Germany, Poland, Czechoslovakia, and Japan regularly topping international gaming lists

Apart from the fun and social aspect of board gaming, it can also be used as a learning and development tool across many areas - team building, negotiation skills, optimization skills, decision making, resource planning and allocation, communication skills, etc.
