Have fun working out to your favourite Bollywood tunes - with moves especially choreographed by talented choreographer Dr. Tanmayi!

What you will do:

A typical one hour session includes warm up, high impact cardio, leg and core strengthening and toning exercises, followed by cool down, all set to your favourite Bollywood numbers! It's a complete package!

About the Artist:

Primarily a Paediatric Ophthalmologist, Tanmayi pursues dance as her passion and second profession. Having begun her training in the classical dance form of Odissi at a tender age of 6 years, she performed her 'Manchpravesh' at the age of 18. Thereafter, she also underwent training in Latin Ballroom and Salsa dance styles from Sandeep Soparkar's dance academy and in Bollywood dance fitness from Rocky Poonawala's dance school. She has performed in several state, national and international events. Dr. Tanmayi has choreographed dances at numerous wedding Sangeets and other events. She also conducts various dance workshops and regular dance fitness sessions.
