✅ It is recommended that attendees arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the event start time for smooth registration and entry.

✅ Children aged 8 years or below are not required to purchase a ticket but must be accompanied by a parent (not a guardian).

✅ Anyone above 8 years of age must have a valid ticket for entry.

✅ Organizers are not responsible for any unattended or unaccompanied minors at the event.

✅ This ticket does not guarantee a performance slot.

✅ Outside food, beverages, liquids, alcohol, cigarettes, and banned substances are strictly prohibited.

✅ Professional cameras and recording equipment (other than mobile phones) are not permitted without prior approval.

✅ All attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury during or around the event.

✅ Any damage caused to property or misbehavior will result in immediate ejection without refund.

✅ Organizers have a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment (physical, verbal, or online), anti-social behavior, or illegal activities, with strict action including expulsion without refund.

✅ Security checks, including frisking and bag checking, are mandatory and at the discretion of event management.

✅ Persons suspected of carrying prohibited items or engaging in illegal activities may be denied entry or removed from the venue.

✅ The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee breaching these terms, even after entry, without refund.

✅ Parking near or at the venue is at the vehicle owner’s own risk.

✅ By attending the event, attendees grant the organizers the right, in perpetuity, to use recordings, photos, or videos of their presence for advertising, promotions, and media purposes globally.

✅ Do not purchase tickets or attend if you feel sick.

✅ Attendees may be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test result as per state/local mandates.

✅ Wearing masks and maintaining social distancing may be mandatory where applicable.

✅ The organizers are not responsible for any health complications or risks related to attending the event, including those arising from COVID-19 exposure.

✅ Ticket holders assume all risks incidental to participation in event activities and release the organizers and their agents from any liability for loss, damage, or injury.

✅ In arrangements involving third parties, organizers act only as agents and accept no liability for issues arising from third-party services.

✅ The organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food or beverages consumed on-site.

✅ These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi for any disputes.

✅ In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution via mediation; failing which, arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and venue of arbitration in Delhi, will apply.

✅ Content at the event may include material that some may find offensive or inappropriate; attendees and parents/guardians are responsible for assessing suitability.

✅ These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of the organizers.

✅ By purchasing tickets, attendees affirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
