Instructions

1.Participants must redeem or purchase tickets in advance to secure their spot at the event.

2. Eligibility: One free pass on Coleman sleeping bag purchase & two free passes on Coleman tent

purchase.

3. Participants should be in good health and able to engage outdoor activities. It is recommended

to consult a physician before the event.

4. All participants are required to fill the indemnity form.

5. Participants who bring Coleman Tent to the event are only eligible. If a participant does not

have, he/she can rent one. Rental charges applicable

6. Respect for fellow participants, staff, and the environment is expected at all times. Any

disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.

7. Participants acknowledge that they are engaging in outdoor activities and assume any

associated risks. The organizers are not liable for any injuries or loss of personal belongings.

8. Welcome Drinks, Dinner and Next day Breakfast are included in this package. Barbeque snacks

are on chargeable basis.

9. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule or activities if necessary.

**The venue offers the option to rent tents on-site. Please note that live self-cooking and stove rental charges are additional and not included in the pass. If you purchase a pass and do not have a recently purchased Coleman tent or sleeping bag, you will be required to rent a tent from the venue.
