Our night treks are safe and the best way to metabolise our scrumptious feast. Not in the mood for physical exertion? There's nothing like a round of beers (see FAQ) between a game of darts between friends. Classic board games such as chess, snakes and ladders, Monopoly, and Scrabble provide entertainment for kids and adults alike. If all you want to do is listen to the bird's chirp, our campsite is dotted with hammocks for relaxing to the greatest soundtrack ever — that of nature.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If Cancelled 5 days before the event date will incur 70% retention and 30% refund of booking amount.
• No refund if cancelled 3 days before the event date.

Important Instructions:

It’s imperative to fill indemnity form with correct details as per rules layer down by Govt. GR without valid form patrons won’t be allowed to continue with camping or adventure. This rule applies to all and there won’t be any deviation or exception.

Wear appropriate footwear necessary for outdoor activities, preferably closed shoes that help protect the feet better

Wear clothes that are comfortable and protect you from the sun and the cold. It is advised to carry warm clothes in case the temperatures drop down, especially at night.

Carry extra clothes and towels. Also, carry a polythene bag for storing wet clothes.

Patrons may choose to carry additional food items as per their liking.

Carry items like sunglasses, torches, matchboxes, cap and sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun

Carry personal toiletries including mosquito repellents

Carry prescribed medicines in case you have any medical conditions.

No refund will be permitted unless the trip has to be shortened or cancelled completely due to reasons beyond the control of Letscampout. These include climatic conditions, governmental / quasi-governmental policies, mechanical and human error in hired vehicles, etc. and despite checks and double-checks, there is always a possibility that the event may not see through as planned or advertised. Team Letscampout will do everything in their capacity to ensure the smooth running of the tour and stick to the advertised itinerary.

Letscampout does not subscribe to or encourage the consumption of any narcotic/ psychotropic substances during the tour. Any participant found doing so will be requested to make arrangements to return to their home at their personal cost. Letscampout will not undertake the responsibility of the same under any circumstances.

Tour cost does not cover anything additional than that advertised.

COVID 19 Safety Mandate:

All patrons have to take care of there own personal well being by wearing a mask and using sanitiser after using touchpoints. At letscampout, we strive hard to keep these environments safe by enabling very few touchpoints compared to other campsites. Our toilets don't door handle we use foot-operated doors. Patrons have to follow social distancing norms and not crowd and adhere to Safety Guidelines all the time during there camping stay and make it safe for themselves and others.
