We want to encourage everyone during Mental Health Awareness Month to explore the many ways in which poetry can support us throughout your healing process. To begin with, Poetry to bring awareness into the mental health situation itself.

Millions of people struggle with mental health, Here`s an attempt to bring in handpicked poets who write poetry on various topics around mental health. 

Poetry is a uniquely powerful art form. Poets have the ability to shape culture, support social movements, and collectively heal society. While poetry can heal us, it can also be a way to understand mental health issues and break the stigma around it

We get together to read and listen to handpicked poets, who will read their original work and also poetry of popular poets

This is not an Open Mic, this is a safe space for performance poetry. We invite you to join us to listen, share and open the conversations around it.
