Travel Options for Igatpuri Secret Camping and Watersports

1.You need to reach the campsite in your own vehicle. We will be sharing GPS locations and directions/instructions on the WhatsApp.

Camping fees with this option will be Rs. 2200 per person

2.Camping & Pickup/Drop from Kasara Railway Station

Pickup/Drop Time: 2:47 pm kasara / next day 9:00 am pickup from Kasara

Camping fees with this option will be Rs. 2600 per person

Detailed Itinerary - Igatpuri Camping and Watersports

Plan for Igatpuri Camping:

Day 1

• Reach the campsite by 04:00 pm, freshen up, and get cozy in your tents.
• Start the water sports activities after wearing all the necessary safety gear.
• High tea and snacks will be served. Continue with any activities that might be left out.
• Dinner will be served around 10pm.
• Then our New Year Celebration would start, There's music, games, dance, New Year decoration, and much more.
• Rest for the night at your own leisure timings.
• You can go for a short trek in the jungles nearby

Day 2

• Wake up at your own leisure and freshen up.
• Breakfast will be served by 08:00 am.
• Approx 10.00 am : Check out of the campsite.

Igatpuri Camping fees include:

• Pickup and drop from Kasara station ( If opted for )
• Day 1: High Tea and Snacks (Veg), Dinner (Veg & Non veg)
• Day 2: Tea and Breakfast (Veg)
• Tent accommodation on 2/3 sharing basis (The tent contains a Styrofoam mat and blanket)
• Complimentary Water sports activities as follows:
• Rafting, Kayaking, Coracle, zip lining, and Tubing
• Swimming with life jackets.
• Complimentary Games and activities as follows:
• Archery, Jungle trail (depends on weather),
• Camping Charges

Exclusions

• Any personal expenses such as soft drinks etc.
• Any emergency evacuations/rescue (if required)
• Any other expenses that are not mentioned above.
• Bonfire cant be done during monsoon
• Night trek can be done only if situation permits

Things to carry for Igatpuri Camping and Watersports

1. Identity Proof (must)
2. Torch with extra battery (Must)
3. A bottle of water (atleast 2 Ltrs)
4. Some ready to eat food. Plum cakes, Biscuits etc.
5. Optional- Extra Mats/Sleeping Bag or blanket to add on to comfort level in tent.
6. Medicine that you require usually (We do have a basic first aid kit)
7. Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments or carry precious items.
8. Extra pair of clothes.

You should not carry:

• Jholas/sling bag.
• Do not wear sandals, floater, chappal, or ballerinas.
• Please avoid wearing Jewelry.
• Alcohol or any narcotic substance.

• Wear full clothes and do not use deodorant or perfume

Rules for Igatpuri Camping:

• Camp in charge's decision will be final and binding.
• Participants or Members are responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.
• Under unavoidable situations organizing team reserves all the right to change/deviate/ cancel the plans without prior notice.
• Once booking is confirmed refund will not be possible in any situation until and unless the event gets canceled by the organizer.
• For Safety and Security reasons, It's important to fill the personal details form 24 hours prior to the event. Non-submission of the form will make your booking invalid and no refund will be provided.
• The personal details form will be sent to you via whatsapp after making payment for the booking.
