Clowning is a performance art form that involves exploring exaggerated emotions, movement, and characters. In this workshop, we will use ridiculously fun exercises to connect more with the self and learn how not to act, on stage and off stage. We will also focus on breaking our shell to achieve full freedom of physical expression. It is geared towards bringing authenticity to our work as actors.

Neel is an actor and writer based in Los Angeles. She has trained at some of the entertainment industry’s most prestigious institutions like Upright Citizens Brigade, iO West, Second City, LAMDA, The Idiot Workshops, and Howard Fine Acting Studio, where Hollywood icons like Will Smith, Dwayne Johnson, Brad Pitt, Chris Pine, Jared Leto, Austin Butler, Benedict Cumberbatch, Vanessa Hudgens, Gal Gadot, Steve Carell, and many more have perfected their craft.
