Dinner by Chef Chinu Vaze and Chef Christophe Perrin of Gaia Gourmet

Indulge in a culinary experience crafted a celebrated Chefs. Gaia Gourmet places great emphasis on provenance, ensuring every ingredient tells a story. For the Godrej Conscious Collective, they have curated a low-impact, low-carbon footprint menu that celebrates the rich coastal produce deeply connected to Chef Chinu Vaze’s heritage. The menu features Nouvelle Coastal Cuisine, including innovative dishes like Mushroom Mordol Gyozas with Goan Toddy Vinegar Ponzu, Kothimbir Wadi Turnip Cakes, and Thaleepeeth Tostadas with Cultured Byadgi Chilli Butter, all highlighting exceptional seasonal ingredients such as Ponkh, Ambadi, and amaranth grains.

Immersive Performance by Modern Biology : Modern Biology will take you on a sonic journey using plant bioelectricity and modular synthesis. The artist, transforms the vibrations of nature into ethereal music, bridging science, art, and mindfulness in an immersive soundscape.

Modern Biology, led by biologist-turned-musician Tarun Nayar, merges nature and sound in an ambient project driven by plant bioelectricity and modular synthesis. Trained in Indian classical music, Tarun integrates raga systems into his improvisations, creating performances attuned to time, place, and season. Garnering over 100 million video views and 1 million followers, his work has been featured by The Guardian, BBC, and Vice, and supported by Spotify playlists like Music for Plants. Recent live appearances include Art Basel, MOCA, and the New York Botanical Garden. Through projects like Field Trip—which combines foraging and music from plant bioelectricity—Tarun seeks to reconnect urban audiences to nature while donating proceeds to conservation efforts.

Music by DJ Abhi Meer: The work of Bombay-based ethnomusicologist and DJ Abhi Meer has for long been an inquiry into music’s role as a catalyst for revolutionary lateral thinking and societal change. A believer in ‘Context Before Content’, he will present at Conscious Collective 2024 a wide-ranging and genre-agnostic selection of music that spans eras, movements and geographies.

Abhi Meer is a musician, DJ and educator from Bombay, India with a genre-fluid mixing style that has been deemed reminiscent of DJing’s gilded past. As a broadcaster, he’s helped spread the message of India’s alternative music to the wider world and beyond through his involvement at boxout.fm, plus his numerable live radio appearances for stations around the world.

An ethnomusicologist and former music critic, he currently teaches the holistic WHYDJ program - a gateway into the world of DJ culture through the uncommon lenses of history, philosophy, Afro-futurism and Jungian psychology.

In recent years, he's made two appearances for Boiler Room, as well as multiple performances as both a live act and DJ at Magnetic Fields Festival, Lollapalooza, Control ALT Delete, Slingshot Festival, Moogfest, NH7 Weekender, Boxout Weekender and more. Consequently, he’s shared top billing alongside the likes of Juan Atkins, Kenny Dope, Josey Rebelle, and many others.

Abhi is also the founder of the ‘anti-‘80s-‘80s club night’ Plunging Necklines, and released his debut album of live synthesizer music Screen Dream in December of 2022.
